Eyes O’ Eyes (Brooke Waggoner remix) – Interstates
To be honest, I’m not a huge fan of Brooke Waggoner – the music is nice enough, but there are enough people doing the same sort of thing that do a little more for me. This remix, however, put together by Interstates, is the real deal. It’s simple without being simplistic and intense without being tiresome.
And I really am a total sucker for this sort of thing – the ethereal vocals weaving in and out of the little clicks and beats, all tied together by a gentle little piano line…
